Lodging

StoneCreek lodging accommodates up to 36 people. We would love to host your family reunion, special party, or corporate outing.Catered meal service is available. Please give us a call to discuss your specific needs.

Nightly Rates

2 Deluxe Cabins - Sleeps 4 to 6, prices for first 2 persons. Queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms, and 1 futon in the living room,1 full bathroom.

2 Cowboy Apartments - Each room sleeps 4 to 6 persons, 2 queen beds, 1 full private bathroom, and access to a full kitchen. Rooms overlook indoor arena. Prices for first 2 persons.

$120 per night
2 night minimum

8 Cowboy Guest Rooms
Each room sleeps 2, has its own sink vanity and shares a toilet/shower with adjoining room. Includes use of our large lounge, dining, conference area, full kitchen and an indoor activity room with basketball and ping pong.

All of the above lodging prices are based on 2 people. Each extra person $15

Cancellation Policy
A credit card is needed to hold your reservation. If you do not have a credit card, a 50% deposit is required. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice there is a 50% cancellation fee. With less than 14 days notice there is a 100% cancellation fee. Some exceptions.

Non-Smoking Facility
All our cabins and guest rooms are non-smoking.

No Pet Policy
Sorry, for a number of reasons we cannot allow pets of any kind, no exceptions made!

Extra Persons
Extra persons $15 each. Children 2 years old and under stay free.

There is a 9% Sales Tax.

Meals

We can cater meals to groups of 6 or more. Call for details and rates

Horseback Riding

Basic Ride - $95 per person per day for 2 rides, or $50 for 1 ride. Basic ride is at least 1.5 hours, includes horsemanship instruction and a trail ride.

Bring Your Own Horse

$40 per night - includes the use of our indoor and outdoor riding arenas, Cowboy Race Course, trails and a stall. Current Coggins required.

Horsemanship with Arvell

$135 per person. 2 hours of expert horsemanship lessons with Arvell Bass from beginner to advanced riders. Arvell will meet you where you are at in your riding ability and move you forward to a better level. Use your own horse - $120 per person.

Vacation Packages

All package prices are per person per day and require a 3 night minimum stay.

There is a 9% sales tax on all packages.

Package #1 - The Horsemanship Experience - Our Most Popular Package!
Learn to ride a cow horse and participate in a cattle drive, cattle sorting, or cowboy obstacle course!
Includes lodging in a deluxe cabin, 2 horseback rides per day that include expert horsemanship instruction to improve your relationship with horses and become a better rider. Some topics covered: Develop feel to become one with your horse; Become a leader and gain your horse's respect; improve your seat, and learn to really ride well.

Package #2 - Deluxe Cabin & Riding (3 night minimum)
Includes deluxe cabin, 2 horseback rides per day, plus basic horsemanship instruction.

2 persons $160 each per day
3 persons $140 each per day
4 persons $130 each per day

Package Additions
The following activities can be added to any vacation package:
Full day of guided fishing - $230 for 2 people;
Canoeing - $50 for 2 people;
Pontoon rental – 25’ Pontoon with sundeck – seats 12 persons - $240 per day
Golfing - $55-65 per person;
Massage Therapy in the privacy of your cabin - $60 per person (1 hour).
